"Gluteal-Kıvrım Fasya-Kütanöz Ada Flebi" adını verdiğimiz modifıye flep ile proksimal pretibial doku kaybı onarılan bir hasta, cerrahi teknik anlatılarak sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

We defined a modified flap named "Gluteal-Crease Fascia-Cutaneous Island Flap " was used to repair the skin defect of a patient located at the proximal pretibial region, presented and surgical technique described.
