Özet
Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Patoloji Laboratuarında Ocak 1979'dan Aralık 1996'ya kadar överde dermoid kist (anısı almış 88 adet olgunun ikisinde malign değişim görülmüştür. Hastalardan birinin yaşı 73. diğerinin ise 51 'dir. Olgulardan birinde (73 yaş) tümör överde sınırlı ve kapsülü intaküır. Bu hastanın operasyondan altı ay sonraki kontrol muayenesinde nüks ve metastaz belirtileri saptanmamış ve daha sonra hasta kontrole gelmemiştir. Diğer olguda ise (51 yaş) ilk operasyonda överdeki kitle küçük bir alanda omentııma yapışıklık göstermekte olup operasyondan doku: ay sonra nüksetmiş ve bundan birkaç ay sonra hasta yaygın metastatik hastalık ile kaybedilmiştir. Her iki olguda da malignité tipi yassı epitel hücreli karsinomadır.
Abstract
Malignant changes have been seen in two cases of 88 ovarian dermoid cysts for the period of 1979-1996 in pathology department of faculty of medicine, Uludağ University. Patients were 73 and 51 )years old. In one case (73 years old) the tumor was confined to the ovary and the capsule was intact. The postoperative examination of the patient after six months did not reveal any evidence of recurrence or metastasis and later she was lost to follow up. Ovarian mass of the other case (51 years old) had showed adhesion to the amentum a small area, on her first operation, and had recurrence after nine months. The patient expired after a few months with melastatic disease. Both patients had squamous cell carcinomas.
