Abstract
Evidence of witness is at the beginning of the proofs most frequently appliedin law judgment by the parties. Despite the fact that evidence of witness is adiscretionary proof it is indisputable proof in terms of law judgment. In orderto explanation of the subject the relation of testimony with other concepts hasbeen examined. Thereafter the rules that testimony tied to have been considered.Lastly the place of testimony within evidences has been scrutinized.
