Özet

Orgeneral Cevat Çobanlı tarihî kişiliği olan büyük bir asker, Türk ahlâk ve karakterinin seçkin bir siması, otoriter fakat şefkatli ve yardımsever bir komutandı. Görüş, düşünüş ve uygulamalarda vatanseverliği ve milletinin selâmeti daime birinci plânda gelirdi. Her türlü koşullar içinde hiçbir zaman karamsar olmamış, iyimserliğini davranış ve görünüşü ile çevresine de aşılamıştı. Az ve öz konuşur, daha çok tutum ve davranışlarıyla astlarına örnek olur ve onları gerektiğinde ölümü hiçe sayacak şekilde eğitirdi. Kimsesizleri korur, gençlerin daima ellerinden tutar, onların memlekete yararlı birer insan olarak yetişmeleri için maddî, manevî hiçbir fedakârlıktan çekinmezdi.

Abstract

As it is known, right after the Armistice of Mondros, the occupation of the country from time to time and the understanding that these occupations will expand in the future have led to the emergence of a number of institutions all over the country and finally the national troops embarked upon the arms and the national struggle in the occupation regions and gradually the entire National Struggle.
