Ergonomics Analysis of Departments in a Production Enterprise by Analytical Hierarchy Process Method

Özet

Üretim işletmelerinde üretim, kalite kontrol, insan kaynakları başta olmak üzere araştırma geliştirme, üretimplanlama, satın alma-lojistik, stok kontrol, muhasebe ve bilgi işlem gibi pek çok departman bulunmakta olup, budepartmanların her biri farklı ergonomik koşullara ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu farklılıktan dolayı departmanlarınergonomik değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan faktörler bu çalışmada çevresel, fiziksel ve psikolojik olmak üzere üçana başlıkta gruplandırılmıştır. Departman bazında ergonomik faktörlerin önem seviyeleri Analitik HiyerarşiProsesi (AHP) ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucuna göre, ergonomik faktörlerin üretim işletmelerinin üretimdepartmanlarında en büyük, bilgi işlem departmanlarında ise en düşük önem seviyesine sahip olduğu söylenebilir.

Abstract

There are many departments in production enterprises such as production, quality control, research and development, production planning, purchasing-logistics, inventory control, accounting and information processing, and each of these departments need different ergonomics conditions. Because of this difference, the factors used in the ergonomics evaluation of the departments in this study are grouped under three main headings as environmental, physical and psychological. The importance levels of ergonomics factors on the basis of department are determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the results of the study, it can be said that ergonomics factors have the greatest importance in the production departments of the production enterprises and the lowest in the information processing departments.
