Özet
Triazole grubu fungisitlerin bazı önemli antagonist funguslar üzerine etkileri laboratuvar koşullarında incelenmiştir. Denemelerde 8 adet fungisitin(cyproconazole, diniconazole, flusilazole, hexaconazole, myclobutanil, penconazole, tebuconazole ve triticonazole), 7 adet antagonist fungus türünün [Trichoderma harzianum (Rifai), T, viride (Pers. ex Gray), T. pseudokoningii (Rifai), T. hamatum (Bonard), Gliocladium viride (Matrouchot), Aspergillus niger (Tieghem), Penicillium verrucosum (Dierckx.)] ve non-patojen Fusarium oxysporum (Schlecht)'un in vitroda PDA ortamındaki gelişmeleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır.
Abstract
The effects of eight triazole fungicides (cyproconazole, diniconazole, flusilazole hexaconazole, myclobutanil, penconazole, tebuconazole and triticinazole) on some important antagonistic fungi [Trie ho derma harzianum (Rifai), T. viride (Pers. ex Gray), T. pseudokoningii (Rifai), T. hamatum (Bonard), Gliocladium viride (Matrouchot), Aspergillus niger (Tieghem), Penicillium verrucosum(Dievckx)] and non-pathogen Fusarium oxysporum (Şchlecht) were investigated on PDA in vitro. EC50 values of the fungicides were determined. According to their EC50 values,, flusilazole was the highest effective fungicide on the antagonistic fungi and non-pathogen Fusarium oxysporum. Flusilazole was followed by tebuconazole, diniconazole and penconazole in respect of the effectiveness. Cyproconazole and triticonazole were the least effective fungicides on the fungi.
