KONFEKSİYON ÜRETİMİNDE İSTATİSTİKSEL YÖNTEMLE MONTAJ HATTI DENGELEME

Özet

Bu çalışmada, bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde beş farklı model kullanılarak, çok modelli hat dengeleme probleminin çözümü için sezgisel bir yöntem olan ve El-Sayed ve Boucher tarafından geliştirilen “Probabilistik (Olasılıklı) Hat Dengeleme Yöntemi” kullanılmıştır. Montaj hattı dengeleme problemi ile ilgili tanımlar ve çözüm yöntemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve literatür araştırması sunulmuştur. Vaka çalışmasının amacı, sabit bir çevrim süresi için, optimum işgücü ve makina sayısı kullanarak en yüksek hat etkinliğine ulaşmaktır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde istatistiksel yöntemin iş öğelerinin, iş istasyonlarına hassas bir şekilde atanmasına olanak sağladığı ve güvenilir sonuçlar verdiği görülmektedir

Abstract

In this study a heuristic assembly line balancing technique known as “Probabilistic Line Balancing Technique” developed by ElSayed and Boucher is applied to solve multi-model assembly line balancing problem in a clothing company for two different models. Information about definitions and solution methods related to the assembly line balancing problems is given and a literature research is introduced. The aim of the case study is to reach maximum line efficiency by using optimum machine and worker amount for a constant cycle time. When results investigated, it is seen that probabilistic method gives the opportunity to assign items to work stations more accurately and it gives reliable results
