Özet
İnsanoğlu tarih boyunca çeşitli semboller, amblemler ve simgeler kullanmıştır. Bu işaretler kurumlar, devletler ve şirketler gibi yapılar tarafından kurumsal kimliği ifade aracı olarak benimsenmiştir. Belediyeler de kendilerine özgü logolar kullanmak suretiyle kendilerini ifade etmektedirler. Belediye logolarının halk tarafından yeterince tanınmadığını düşünmekteyiz. Alternatif bir yöntem olarak da bütün belediyeler için geçerli, tek tip bir belediye logosu kullanılmasının daha yararlı olacağı kanaatindeyiz
Abstract
Mankind used different kinds of symbols, emblems and signs throughout the history. These signs are used by organizations, states and firms in order to assign their institutional identity. Municipalities are also show their institutional identities by the help of their logos. We think that municipality logos are not recognized by residents. As an alternative choice for providing utilization, we suggest using only one kind and monotype municipality logo for all municipalities
