Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Derslerine Eleştirel Bir Bakış: Problemler, Beklentiler ve Çözüm Önerileri*

Özet
Bu çalışma Türk Eğitim sisteminde öğretmen eğitiminde deneyim ve uygulama basamaklarındaki problemleri ve beklentileri açığa çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Literatür ve uygulamada çok sayıda öğretmen yetiştirme modelleri bulunmaktadır. Öğretmen yetiştirmenin kilometre taşlarından öğretmenlik uygulaması, okul deneyimi gibi derslerde beklenen sonuçların elde edilebilmesi için bu derslerin uygulanması esnasında ortaya çıkan problemlerin ve beklentilerin belirlenmesi ve bunlara uygun çözüm önerilerinin ortaya çıkarılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada öğretmenlik uygulaması, okul deneyimi gibi dersler ile ilgili yayınlanmış makale, kitap, yüksek lisans ve doktora tezleri incelenerek alan yazında ortaya çıkan problemler ve beklentilerin ortaya konması ve bu problemlere çeşitli öneriler getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Okul deneyimi ve öğretmenlik uygulaması ile ilgili 44 yayının içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelendiği araştırmanın sonucunda ülkelere göre okul deneyimi ve öğretmenlik uygulaması derslerinin farklı yöntemlerle işlendiği, öğretim elemanı, uygulama öğretmeni ve uygulama öğrencisi bazında rehberlik, iletişim, dersin işlenişi gibi alt alanlarda birçok problem ortaya çıkmıştır.
Abstract
This study aims to reveal problems and expectations in experience and application step of teacher education in Turkish Education system. There are numerous teacher education models in literature and application. In order to obtain expected results from school experience and application of teaching courses which are two of the teacher education milestones, identifying problems that arise during implementation of these courses and expectations of teachers, students, and academicians; giving suggestions that can solve these issues are of utmost importance. With this study it was aimed that to reveal problems and expectations that exist in the literature by examining selected articles, books, master, and doctorate thesis which are dealing with school experience and application of teaching courses. In this study 44 publications were analyzed by content analysis method and it was found that countries use different methods for school experience and application of teaching courses; students, academicians, and teachers have several problems belonging to sub categories such as guidance, communication and conducting the lesson.
