Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada FasterR-CNN (Faster Region Based Convolutional Networks) evrişimsel sinir ağı kullanılarak 18 ayrı deney içerisinde 502 adet görüntü ileoluşturulan veri setinin derin öğrenme teknikleriyle nesne tespit işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Abstract

With today's technology, successful results are tried to be achieved by using artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learningalgorithms in order to obtain the results more accurately. In studies in the literature, it has been found that success and loss rates, themost important factors affecting the performance of selected algorithms, are complex in different training steps (epoch) and data sets.In this study, it is aimed to successfully detect a particular algorithm by running it on a dataset created from a specified object. In thisstudy, object detection was performed using deep learning techniques of the data set created with 502 images in 18 separate experimentsusing the Faster R-CNN (Faster Region Based Convolutional Networks) convolutional neural network. An interface is designed withcamera options that can take photos, videos, and images instantly when deconstructing objects. In the study, we tried to find the valueof the training step that trains the model with different training steps and estimates the most accurate ratio. In order to find the most successful prediction rate in the training process, experiments were conducted with different training steps. A total of 100,000 trainingsteps, the success rate achieved as a result of the training is 97.835% and the loss rate is 2,165%.
