Erzurum ilinde yonca bitkilerinde saptanan fungal etmenlerin yayılışları ve patojeniteleri

Özet
Erzurum ilinde yonca bitkilerinin kök, gövde ve yapraklarında hastalık oluşturan fungal etmenlerin yayılışları, hastalık oranları ve yörede yaygın olarakyetiştirilenyonca çeşitlerindeki patojenitelerinin saptanması amacıyla, bu çalışma 1996-1998 yılları arasında yapılmıştır. Erzurum ilinde yonca bitkilerinin yaprak, gövde ve köklerinde 26 fungus türü saptanmıştır. Saptanan türler, Colletotrichum trifotil. C. truncatum, Fusarium acuminatum, F. avenaceum, F. eouiseti, F. flocdferum, F. oxysporum, F. semitectum, F. solanı, Leptotrochila medicaginis. Leveillula taunca, Macrophomina phaseolina. Peronospora trifoliorum, Phoma medicaginis, Pseudopeziza medicaginis, Pythium acanthophoron, Pythium - HS (hyphal-swelling) grup, Rfıizoctonia crocorum. R. solanı, iki nükleuslu Khizoctonia spp., Sclerotinia trifoliorum. Stagonospora melihti, Stemphylium botryosum, Trematosphaeria cirdnans, Uromyces striatusve steril misel'dir. Bu türlerden F. flocdferum, F. semitectum, P. acanthophoron, Pythium- HS grup ve S. trifoliorum Türkiye'de yonca bitkisinde ilk kez bu çalışma ile saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, P. acanthophoron n Türkjye mikoflorası içinyeni kayıt olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
During 1996-1998, the study was conducted to determine the fungal pathogens causing diseases on roots, stems, and leaves of alfalfa, and their distribution, relative ratio and pathogenicity on alfalfa cultivars commonly grown in Erzurum. In this study 26 fungal species were isolated from roots, stem, and leaves of alfalfa plants in Erzurum. The fungal species were identified as follows; Colletotrichum trifolii, C. truncatum, Fusarium acuminatum, F. avenaceum, F. eouiseti. F. flocdferum. F. oxysporum. F. semitectum, F. so/am. Leptotrochila medicaginis, Leveillula taurica, Macrophomina phaseolina, Peronospora trifoliorum, Phoma medicaginis, Pseudopeziza medicaginis. Pythium acanthophoron, Pythium - HS (hyphal-swelling) group, Rhizoctonia crocorum, R. so/an/, binucleic Rhizoctonia spp., Sclerotinia trifoliorum, Stagonospora melihti. Stemphylium botryosum, Trematosphaeria drdnans, Uromyces striatus and sterile mycelial. Of these species, F. flocdferum, F. semitectum, P. acanthophoron, Pythium- HS group. S. trifoliorum'were determined for the first time on alfalfa plants in Turkey. On the other hand, P. acanthophoron vats a first record for the Turkish mycoflora.
