Erzurum İlinde Kesimi Yapılan Sığırlarda Karaciğer Lezyonları Üzerinde Patolojik İncelemeler

Özet
Bu çalışma; Erzurumda mezbahada kesilen sığırların karaciğerlerinde gözlenen lezyonların tanımlanması ve sınıflandırılmasıamacıylayapıldı.Araştırmada1381adetsığırkaraciğeriincelendivebunların%7.24ünde(100adet)çeşitli lezyonlarsaptandı. Lezyonlukaraciğerlerin%11indeapseoluşumları,%21indebağdokuproliferasyonuvesiroz,%38inde büyüklükleri ve yerleşim yerleri farklı nekroz oluşumu, %4ünde yağ dejenerasyonu, %56sında hidropik dejenerasyon ve bulanık şişkinlik, %17sinde hiperemi ve konjesyon, %9unda pigmentasyon görüldü. Safra kanallarında ise %28inde hiperplazi,%32sindekolangiohepatitis belirlendi.Ayrıca,%18ikisthidatik,%5iFasciolahepatica ve%4üdeDicrocoelium dendriticum olmak üzere %27 oranında parazit enfeksiyonlarına rastlandı. Bu çalışma ile bölgede karaciğer lezyonları içerisindebaştakisthidatikolmaküzereparaziterenfeksiyonlarınönemliolduğudikkatiçekti.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to define and classify the findings about liver lesions seen in cattle slaughtered inErzurum. In this research, different liver lesions were determined in 100 (7.24%) out of 1381 liver samples examined. Duringthe evaluation of livers having lesions, there were 11% of abscess, 21% of fibrous tissue proliferation and cirrhosis, 38% of necrosis in different areas and sizes, 4% of lipidosis, 56% of hydropic degeneration and fuzzy swelling, 17% of hyperaemiaand haemorrhage, and 9% of pigmentation. In bile ducts, 28% of hyperplasia and 32% cholangiohepatitis were found. Also,the parasitic cases (of 27%) were caused by Echinococcosis (18%), Fascioliosis (5%) and Dicrocoeliosis (4%). By this research,the parasitic cases and especially the echinococcosis were seen most commonly between the diseases causing to lesions onthe liver in this region.
