Özet
Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Cerrahisi Kliniğinde Ocak 1995 ile Şubat 1996 tarihleri arasında takip ve tedavi edilen 6 umblikal kord hernili ve 4 gastroşizisli hastanın patolojileri, klinik bulguları ve uygulanan tedavileri retrospektif bir çalışmayla değerlendirilerek bu iki umblikal anomalinin etyopatogenezi araştırıldı.
Abstract
From January 1995 to February 1996, 6 patients with umbilical cord hernia and 4 patients with gastroschisis were treated at the Pediatric Surgical Department of The School of Medicine, Atatürk University. The pathologies, clinical signs and surgical procedures were evaluated retrospectively and the etiopathogenesis of these two umbilical anomalies were investigated.
