Abstract
It is important that capillary permeability is decreased by anti-inflammatory drugs while the inflammation is inhibited. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of HAB-3, the newly synthesized pyrazolon derivative to capillary permeability in the inflammatory region which was occured by xylol and hyaluronidase. The experiment was performed by using with "Monakova" and "Matusis" methods, HAB-3 was administrated at 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg doses perorally in both series, and its efficacy was compared with phenylbutazone (100 mg/kg). Our results indicated that HAB-3 decreases the capillary permeability which was increasing with xylol and hyaluronidase and it is more effective than phenylbutazone.
