Özet
Bu çalışmada, travmatik derin intraserebral hematomlu (DİSH) 13 olgu sunuldu. DİSH olgularda Glasgow koma skoru düşük ve lusid interval yoktu. Hematom hacmi ile sonuç arasında ilişki bulunmadı. DİSH da ölüm oranı yüksekti. Bilgisayarlı tomografide DİSH'un belirlenmesi yaralanan hastanın şiddetli beyin hasarı ve kötü bir prognoza sahip olduğunu gösterir. Sunulan veriler DİSH 'ların şiddetli kafa travmalarında diffüz aksonal yaralanma gibi bir alt grup oluşturduğu görüşünü desteklemektedir.
Abstract
in this study, thirteen patients with traumatic deep intracerebral haematoma (DICH) were presented. In patients with a traumatic DICH, Glasgow coma score on admission was low, and there was no a lucid interval. The correlation was not found between size of DICH and prognosis. The rate of mortality in patients with DICH was high. If a DICH identified on a computerized tomography it is show that the patient has sustained severe brain damage and a poor prognosis. The presented data confirms the concept that the patients with DICH form a spesific subgroup of the severe head injuries as diffuse axonal injury.
