MÜHİMMAT DAĞITIM AĞI TASARIMI PROBLEMİ: LİTERATÜR TARAMASI

Özet

Dağıtım ağı tasarımında alınan kararların genellikle stratejik seviyede ve uzun dönemli etkileri olması nedeniyle kritik özelliğe sahiptir. Dağıtım ağı tasarımında, tesislerin hangi lokasyonlara yerleştirilmesi gerektiği, ürün ve hizmetlerin müşterilerle nasıl buluşturulacağı, hangi ürünün nerede ve ne miktarda üretileceği, müşterilerin hangi tesisten ürün ya da hizmet alacağı, depolama tesislerinde ne miktarda stok bulundurulacağı gibi birçok soruya cevap aranır. Aynı soruların güvenlik kuvvetlerinin savaş ve barış şartlarında temel argümanı olan silah sistemlerinde kullanılan mühimmatlar için sorulması ile mühimmat dağıtım ağı tasarımı problemi ele alınmaya başlanmıştır. Literatürde dağıtım ağı tasarımı konusunda pek çok çalışma bulunmasına rağmen mühimmat dağıtım ağı tasarımı problemi konusunda sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Mühimmatın depolanması ve sevk edilmesi ülkelerin kaderini etkileyebilecek öneme sahip olması nedeniyle bu çalışmada mühimmat dağıtım ağı tasarımı problemini konu edinen çalışmalar taranmıştır

Abstract

Decision-making on distribution network design is critical because it is often strategic and has long-term effects. In the distribution network design, many questions such as how the facilities should be located, how the products and services are to be brought together with the customers, where and how much of the products will be produced, what products or services the customers will receive, and how much stock will be kept in the storage facilities will be sought. The question of the ammunition distribution network design has begun to be addressed by the questioning of the same questions for the ammunition used in the weapon systems, which is the main argument of the security forces in war and peace time. Despite the fact that there are many studies in the literature on distribution network design, ammunition distribution network design problem has been dealt with in a limited study. Transportation and storage of the ammunition has a great importance since it may affect the destiny of the countries, the previous studies on the ammunition distribution network design problem have been reviewed
