Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı üretim işletmelerindeki lojistik strateji, lojistik entegrasyon veörgütsel çevrenin firma rekabetçiliği üzerinde olan etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışmada Türkiye’ninErzurum ve Kırgızistan’ın Bişkek şehrinde anket uygulaması yapılmış olup, toplamda 127katılımcıdan toplanan veriler araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek için analize tabi tutulmuştur.Verilerin analizinde SPSS 20 istatistik programı kullanılmış olup, sırasıyla frekans, regresyon,faktör analizleri ve T-testi yapılmıştır.Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, Erzurum’da firma rekabet gücüne; lojistik strateji, lojistikentegrasyon ve örgütsel çevrenin etkisi anlamlı çıkmıştır. Bişkek’teki firmaların rekabet gücüüzerinde, lojistik stratejinin ve lojistik entegrasyonun etkisi anlamlı çıktığı görülmüştür. Ancakörgütsel çevrenin firma rekabet gücü üzerindeki etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadaelde edilen bulgulara göre, lojistik strateji, lojistik entegrasyon, örgütsel çevre ve firma rekabetgücünün ülkeler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of logistics strategy, logistics integration and organizational environment on firm competitiveness in two different countries. This research was conducted through taking measurement surveys from manufacturer with producer companies in the city of Erzurum (Turkey) and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). The data were analyzed by SPSS 20 package program using regression, factor analysis and T-test analysis As a result of the study, in Erzurum, the impact of logistic strategy, logistic integration and the organizational environment on the competitiveness of the firms were significant. The impact of logistic strategy and logistic integration on the other hand was significant in Bishkek. It has been determined that the organizational environment of the manufacturing firms in Bishkek city has no effect on the competitiveness of firms. However, logistic strategy, logistics integration, organizational environment and firm competitiveness were not significantly different between countries.
