Özet
Günümüzde Sağlık Yüksekokullarının öğrenim hedeflerini belirleme, öğrenciye yeterli ve kaliteli hizmet sunan uygulama alanı sağlama, nitelikli ve yeterli öğretim elemanı bulma, derslerde çağdaş öğretim yöntemlerini kullanma ve öğrencinin objektif olarak değerlendirilmesi açısından sıkıntıları vardır. Eğitimde kaliteyi artıran faktörler; öğrencinin kalitesi, öğretim elemanlarının kalitesi, müfredat programlarının ve öğretim yöntemlerinin iyileştirilmesi, fizik ortam ve teknik donanımın kalitesi, sosyal, kültürel ve akademik etkinliklerin yeterliliği ile olabilir. Bu çalışma Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ordu Sağlık Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin sosyodemografik özellikleri ve eğitimleri ile ilgili görüşlerim saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Formda okulun bina, öğretim kadroları ve diğer özelliklerine ilişkin somlar yer almıştır. Toplam 139 öğrenci İle çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin %32.4'ü 1-5 arası tercihle, %44,5'i açıkta kalmamak ve aile büyüklerim isteği ile okudukları bölümü tercih ettikleri saptan-mistir. Öğrencilerin %42.4'ü üniversite ortamı olarak okulu kötü,%38.8'i fiziki koşulları kötü, %58.3'ü öğretim elemanlarının tutumunu iyi,%53.9'u danışmanlarının tutumunu iyi olarak belirtmişlerdir.
Abstract
The Socio-Demographic Characteristics and Opinions Conected with Education of The Students in Ordu Health School Nowadays, schools of health have some problemsasthedeterminingof educational objectives;to providing the practice fields which offers adequate and quality services to the students; assigning qualified and competent educational staffs; utilization ofcontemporary teaching methodologiesandevaluatingstudents objectively.The factorstoimprovethe quality of education may be the quality of students, the quality of educational staffs, the syllabus, the techniques of education facilitate of the school, the adequacy of social, cultural and academic activities. This study was carried out to determine the socio-demographic characteristics and opinions connected with their education of the students at Ondokuz Mayıs University Ordu Helath School. The data have been collected by a questionaire developed by the researchers. There were questions connected with to identify the existing figures of the buildings, teaching staff and other qualifications in the form. His study was carried by total 139 nursing students. The students were found to be preference between 1-5 (32.4%), to not be without work and desire which great of the family (44.5%). The students were determined "bad" the school university surrounding (42.4%), physical condition was "bad" (38.8%), attitude of educational staffs "good" (58.3%), attitude of advisor "good" (53.9%).
