Özet

Bu çalışma, 15-49 yaş evli kadınların üreme sağlığını koruyucu tutum ve davranışlarını belirlemek amacıyla Denizli ilinde tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır.. Araştırmanın evrenini, merkez 1 Nolu sağlık ocağı Muratdede mahallesine kayıtlı 15-49 yaş arası evli kadınlar oluşturmuştur, örneklem grubunu ise, sistematik örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen ve araştırma için gerekli formları doldurmayı kabul eden, 135 evli kadın oluşturmuştur. Veriler ev ziyaretleriyle, Kasım - Aralık 2004 tarihleri arasında, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan sosyodemografik soru formu ve "Evli Kadınların Üreme Sağlığım Koruyucu Tutumlarım Belirleme ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirmesinde; ortalama, standart sapma, sayı, yüzdelik hesaplamaları, t testi, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan evli kadınların %68.9'u ilköğretim mezunu ve %94.1'i ev hanımıdır, %36.3'ü 1 çocuğa sahip olup, %64.4'ü etkili bir aile planlaması yöntemi kullanmaktadır. Abstract

This descriptive study was conducted for the purpose of determining the attitudes and behaviors of married women in Denizli between the age of 15-49 years to protect their reproductive health. The research population was composed of married women between the age of 15-49 years who were registered at the Muratdede Public Health Clinic. The sample group was chosen using a systematic sampling method and included 135 married women who agreed to complete the research forms. The data were collected between November-December 2004 during home visits using a sociodemographicform developed by the investigators and the "Determination of Married Women's Reproductive Health Protective Attitudes Scale." The data were evaluated using mean, standard deviation, number, percentage, t teşt, Mann-Whitney Utest and Kruskal-Wallis test The women 68.9% were primary school graduates, 94.1% were housewives, 36:3% had 1 child, and 64.4% used an effective method of family planning.
