Psikiyatri hemşireliğini algılama ölçeğinin geliştirilmesi

Özet

Bu araştırmada, öğrenci hemşirelerin psikiyatri hemşireliğine yönelik olumlu ve olumsuz inançlarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek bir soru formu geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmacılar tarafından ilgili literatür taranarak geliştirilen ve 17 maddeden oluşan form İzmir ilinde, hemşirelik eğitimi veren üç yüksekokulda öğrenim gören 220 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler üzerinden faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Faktör analizleri sonucunda 17 maddeden oluşan ve toplam değişkenliğin %48.80'ini açıklayan iki faktör elde edilmiştir. Soru formunun toplam puanda iç tutarlığa (yarıya bölme [split- half] ve Cronbach Alfa [a=0.76]) güvenirliğine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. "Psikiyatri Hemşireliğini Algılama Ölçeği"nin alanda kullanılabilecek, geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

In this research, a question form that can be used to determine the positive and negative beliefs of the nursing students about psychiatry nursing was worked up. The form that consists of 17 clauses and that was worked up by scanning the related literature by the researchers was applied to 220 students attending to three colleges giving nursing education in the city of İzmir. Factor analysis was made by the data achieved. As a residt of factor analysis, two factors consisting of 17 clauses and defining 48% of the total amount of variability were achieved. It was defined that the question form has inner coherence (split-half and Cronbach Alfa [a—0.76]) and reliability. It was determined that "The Psychiatric Nursing Perception Scale (PNPS)" was a valid and reliable material that could be used in this area.
