Özet

Osmanlı Devleti’nde Ermeni meselesinin doğuşu, özellikle Sivas çevresindeki yayılışı ile bu meselenin çözümü için devrin ileri gelen devlet adamlarının Osmanlı Hükümetine sundukları raporlar ve raporların Ermeni meselesinin çözümü üzerindeki yeterliliklerinin incelenmesi.

Abstract

The reports which were presented to the Ottoman State by the important Statesmen in that period to salve this problem with its spreading especially in Sivas and its surrounding, the exposingof the Armenian Matter in The Ottoman State, and the investigation of the sufficiency on the solution of the Armenian Matter of them.
