Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, değişik pH’lardaki yapay tükürükte farklı sürelerde bekletilen farklı kompozit rezin restoratif materyallerin göstermiş oldukları emilim ve çözünürlüğün değerlendirilmesidir. Örnekler ISO 4049’a göre hazırlandı.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate of sorption and solubility shown by composite resin restorative materials incubated in artificial saliva in various pH s at various periods. The samples were prepared according to ISO 4049. They were incubated in artificial saliva in various periods for an hour, 24 hours, a week and a month. At the end of these periods, the value of sorption and solubility of the samples obtained from artificial saliva was determined by means of a delicate scale. Obtained data were compared with, variance analysis and Duncan multiple- comparison test were used. It was found that type of the composite used and pH and time had statistically significant effect on sorption and solubility. The highest sorption was in hibrit composite resin restorative material (Z-250), and the least in flowable composite resin restorative material (Revolution Formula-2), and the least solubility was in mikrofil composite resin restorative material (Valux plus), and the most one in condensable restorative materials (Alert).
