ESTETİK BÖLGEDEKİ İMPLANT DESTEKLİ SABİT RESTORASYONLARDA DİŞETİ ÇIKIŞ PROFİLİNİN OLUŞTURULMASI: OLGU SUNUMU

CREATING EMERGENCE PROFILE OF IMPLANT RETAINED FIXED RESTORATIONS AT THE ESTHETIC REGION: CASE REPORT

Özet

Ön bölgede uygulanan restorasyonların kabuledilebilirliği için pekçok faktör bulunmaktadır.İmplantın dişler, dudaklar, dişeti ve çevre dokular ileilişkisinin yanısıra implant pozisyonu, gülme hattı,dişeti çıkış profili, periodonsiyumun formu ve biyotipibu faktörlerdendir. Ayrıca üst çene ön bölge dişeksikliklerinin implant destekli protezlerle tedavisi diğerbölgelere göre daha zordur. Hastaların yüksek estetikbeklentileri, çıkış profili oluşturma ve doğru aktarmagerekliliği durumu daha da zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu olgusunumunda üst ön kesici diş eksikliklerinde oklüzalvidalı geçici protezler kullanılarak çıkış profilininoluşturulması, aktarılması ve implant destekli köprüprotezi ile rehabilitasyonu anlatılmaktadır.

Abstract

There are many factors to acceptable restorastion in anterior region. The relationship between teeth, lips, gums and surronding tissues of implants as well as implant position, smile line, gingival emergence profile, biotype are one of these factors. The treatment for missing teeth with implant retained prosthesis in the maxillary anterior region is more difficult other regions. The complexity of the anterior teeth restorations are complicated because of patient’s high expectations, creating emergence profile and accurately transfer. In this case report, absance of maxillary anterior incisors restorated with implant retained fixed prostheses; created and transfered emergence profile with interim prostheses by using occlusal screw was presented.
