The Main Methods Used by the Messenger of Allah to Avoid Sins -In the Example of Hadiths In Sahih-i Muslim

Özet

Hz. Peygamber tüm insanlık için müjdeleyici ve uyarıcı olarakgönderilmiştir. Birçok hadiste İslam dininin emirlerini yerine getirenler içinmüjdeler bulunurken, günah işleyenler için de çeşitli uyarılar yer almaktadır. Buçalışmada Resûlullah’ın günah işlemekten ümmetini sakındırırken başvurduğubaşlıca metotlar ele alınmaktadır. Hz. Peygamber’in söz ve fiilleri incelendiğindegünahtan Müslümanların uzak durmasını sağlamak üzere pek çok etkiliyönteme başvurduğu görülmektedir. Temel hadis kaynaklarından olan Müslimb. el-Haccâc el-Kuşeyrî’nin (ö. 261/875) el-Câmiʿu’s-sahîh adlı eserindeki hadislerincelenerek günahlardan uzak tutmada başvurulan yöntemler tespit edilmeyeçalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda günah olan davranışlarla ilgili yapılan uyarılarbelirlenirken bazen hadis metni tercüme olarak tırnak içinde aynen aktarılırkenbazen de sadece hadis metnindeki manaya işaret etmekle yetinilmiştir. Hz.Peygamber’in günah davranışlardan sakındırma metotlarını tespit edilmesiyasak olan fiilin mekruh ya da haram olarak nitelenmesinde yardımcı olacaktır.

Abstract

The Messenger of Allah was sent as a herald and stimulus for all mankind. In many hadith, one can find glad tidings for those who follow the orders of religion, and warnings for those who committing sin. This study discusses the methods used by the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) while prevising his ummah from sins. When looked into hadith and deeds of the Messenger of Allah, it can be seen that He used many effective methods to keep Muslims away from committing sin. This paper relies on the hadiths on this particular subject included in Muslim b. Hajjāj al-Kushayrī’s (d. 261/875) worknamed al-jām‘ī al-saḥīḥ. All the hadiths in the book are elaborated and the methods used by the Prophet are determined. The method used in this study while determining the act that are considered sin consists of quoting the translation of the hadith and sometimes the meaning of the hadith text is pointed out. Determining the methods of avoiding acts considered as sin also contributes to determine disliked and forbidden acts.
