‘Ali el-Kârî ve Tasrîfu'z-zencânî İsimli Eser İçin Kaleme Aldığı Şerhi

Özet

Bu çalışmada, XI. yüzyılın önemli dilcilerinden biri olan ‘Alî el-Kârî’nin (ö. 1014/1605) sarf ilmi ile ilgili yazdığı Şerhu tasrîfi’l-‘izzî isimli eseri incelenmiştir. Söz konusu eser, içerik, konu sıralaması, üslup, tanımlar, ta‘lîller, örnekler ve istişhâdlar açısından ele alınmıştır. el-Kârî’nin kaleme aldığı eseri değerli kılan önemli etkenlerden biri hiç şüphesiz eserinde kullanmış olduğu üsluptur. Hemen hemen her bölümün sonunda tasavvufî bir yaklaşım sergileyerek konuyla bağlantılı bir takım hikmetli sözlere yer vermektedir. Böylelikle sürekli dil konularıyla ilgilenen talebelere manevî bir zevk tattırmaktadır. Eseri değerli kılan bir başka etken ise ez-Zencânî’ye (ö. 654/1256) ait olan ‘İzzî isimli risâlenin şerhi olmasıdır. Nitekim ez-Zencânî’nin söz konusu eseri, yazıldığı günden bu yana yüzyıllardır İslâm âleminde bulunan medreselerde talebelere okutulmakta ve ezberletilmektedir.

Abstract

In this research, the work titled Şerhu tasrîfi’l-‘izzî that ‘Alî el-Kari, who was one of the prominentlinguists in the eleventh century, wrote on the Arabic grammar was reviewed. The aforementioned work is analysedin terms of content, sequence of the subjects, rhetoric, definitions, deductions, samples andquotations from Arabic poetry . One of the important factors which make el-Kari’s work preciousis definitely the wording that he used it in his work. He included a set of erudite words related tothe relevant subject nearly at the end of each section as a mark of sufistic approach. The other aspectwhich makes the work valuable is that it is the commentaryof epistle called ‘İzzi belonging to ezZencani (d. 654/1256). As a matter of fact, ez-Zencani’s aforementioned work has been taught and memorized to the students in the madrasahs of Islamic world for the centuries sinceit was written.
