AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın amacı üç histerektomi tipinin; laparoskopi yardımlı vajinal histerektomi LYVH , vajinal total histerektomi VTH ve total abdominal histerektominin TAH perioperatif ve postoperatif morbiditesinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.YÖNTEMLER: Bu prospektif gözlemsel klinik çalışmaya; benign nedenlerle histerektomi planlanan 104 hasta dahil edildi. Hastaların yaşı, endikasyonları, preoperatif ve postoperatif hemoglobin ve hematokrit değerleri, operasyon süreleri, uterus ağırlıkları, analjezik kullanımları ve hastanede kalış süreleri kaydedildi. Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to compare perioperative and postoperative outcomes of 3 types of hysterectomies; laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy LAVH , total vaginal hysterectomy TVH and total abdominal hysterectomy TAH . METHODS: For this prospective clinical study; 104 patients who were scheduled for hysterectomy operation for benign conditions were included.
