Özet

Amaç: Bu araştırma, sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının algıladıkları mobbing (iş yerinde psikolojik şiddet) düzeyi ile tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma kesitsel tiptedir ve nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Örneklemi İstanbul ilinde çalışan 150 sosyal hizmet uzmanı oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak için birinci bölümünde Bireyleri Tanıtıcı Genel Bilgiler Formu, ikinci bölümünde “Mobbing Ölçeği” ve üçüncü bölümünde “Tükenmişlik Ölçeği” bulunan Veri Toplama Formu kullanılmıştır. bjective: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the level of mobbing (psychological violence at work) perceived by social workers and burnout.Material and Methods: The study was cross-sectional, and a quantitative research method was used. The sample included 150 social workers working in Istanbul.
