A Conradi-Hünermann syndrome with fallot tetralogy

Abstract

Clinical features of Conradi-Hünermann Syndrome with Fallot Tetralogy is described in one patient. The case was a 16 day old male who had flat face, sparse hair, low set nasal ridge, cataract and shorter left extremities with joint contractures. His multiple skeleton films showed stippled epiphyses in the carti-laginous parts. Echocardiography revealed Fallot tetralogy. This is the first case having not only pulmonary stenosis but Fallot Tetralogy in the literature to our knowledge
