Hindi spermasının değişik sulandırıcılarda 4 °C 'de saklanması

Özet

Bu çalışma , hindi spermasının kısa süreli saklanması sırasında farklı sulandırıcıların spermatozoa motilitesi ve sperma pH sı üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma süresince , ejekülatlar hindilerden haftada iki kez masaj yöntemiyle alınmıştır. Hindilerden elde edilen örneklerin başlıca spermatolojik özellikleri değerlendirilmiş ve ortalama ejekülat miktarı (ml), motilite (%), yoğunluk $(x10^9/ml)$ , anormal spermatozoa oranı (%) ve spermanınpH değerleri sırasıyla 0.24±0.02, 75.22±1.90, 5.36±0.42, 8.29±0.65, 7.87±0.04 olarak kaydedilmiştir. S-2, Ringer, Avian, FTS, ve yağsız süt ile sulandırılan spermalar 4°C'de saklanmışlardır. 4°C'de tutulan sulandırılmış spermaların 7 saat sonra ortalama spermatozoa motilitesi sırasıyla 29.0±5.26, 41.0±1.80, 7.0±2.71, 32.5±5.01, 2.0±1.11 olmuş, kontrol grubu olarak tutulan sulandırılmamış spermanın ise, motilitesi 6.0±6.0 bulunmuştur. S-2 , Ringer, Avian , FTS, yağsız süt ile sulandırılan ve 4°C 'de saklanan spermaların 7 saat sonra ortalama pH değerleri sırasıyla 7.45±0.09, 6.37±0.05, 7.21±0.21, 6.46±0.08, 6.43±0.05 olmuş, sulandırılmamış spermanın pH' sı ise, 7.47±0.08 bulunmuştur. Bu çalışma ile, hindi spermasının kısa süreli saklanmasında Ringer sulandırıcısının diğerlerine göre üstün olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract

The aim of this research was tö investigate the effects on sperm motility and semen pH various diluent during the short -term preservation of turkey semen. During the research,' semen was collected from turkeys by manual massage method twice a week, the spermatological parameters of samples which were collected from turkeys were assessed and ejeculate volume (ml), sperm motility (%), sperm concentration $(x10^9/ml)$ , the percentage of abnormal sperm and semen pH were recorded as averaged 0.24İD.02, 75.22±1.90, 5.36±0.42, 8.29±0.65, 7.87±0.04 respectively. Diluted semen with S-2, Ringer, Avian, FTS and skimmed milk was stored at 4 °C. Sperm motilty of semen held at 4 °C after 7 hours was averaged 29.0±5.26, 41.0±1.8, 7.0±2.71, 32.5±5.01, 2.0±1.11 resp. Nevertheless the motilty of undiluted semen (control group) was found 6.0±6.0 at the and of this time. pH values of semen held 4 °C after 7 hours were recorded as averaged 7.45±0.09, 6.37±0.05, 7.21±0.21, 6.46±0.08, 6.43±0.05 for diluted semen with S-2 , Ringer, Avian, FTS and skimmed milk respectively and 7.47±0.08 for. undiluted semen. With this study, it was concluded that Ringer diluent was superior to the other diluents.
