'Bu çalışmada ishalli ve yeterli kolostrum alamamış buzağılarda Plazma Total Protein (PTP ), Fibrinojen ( F ), Plazma Protein ( PP ) ve Plazma Protein/Fibrinojen (PP/F) değer/erindeki değişikliklerin belirlenmesi ve bu parametrelerin elde edilmesinde refraktome trenin yararlılığının araştırılması amaçlandı.. Çalışmada 15' i ishalli (1. grup ), 7 'si yeterli kolostrum alamamış ( 2. grup ) ve 8' i sağlıklı ( Kontrol grubu ) olmak üzere toplam 30 yenidoğan buzağı kullanıldı. PTP, F, PP ve PP/F değerleri hem refraktometre hem de biiiret metotları ile belirlendi. Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to detect the changes in Plasma Total Protein (PTP ), Fibrinogen( F ), Plasma Proteini PP ) and Plasma Protein/ Fibrinogen( PP/F ) values in diarrheic and colostrum deprived calves and to determine the usefullness of the refractometer in measurement of that parameters. Totally 30 newborn calves were used including 15 calves with diarrhea ( Group 1 ), 7 calves with colostrum deprived ( Group 2 ) and 8 healthy calves ( Group 3 ).
