Bir horozda (Gallus domesticus) gerçek polymelia, çift anus ve üç cecum'luluk olgusu

Özet

Bu raporda, JO haftalık broylerırkı bir horozdaki gerçek polymelia, anus duplex ve üç cecum'luluk ile karakterize gelişim anomalisi tanımlanmaktadır. Yapılandiseksiyonda sol ilium,synsacrumvevertebrae caudales'esıkıca bağlanmış konikkemik çıkıntısı ile bu çıkıntının arkasındaki oluğa bir adet femur'un ekle/nsel olarak bağlandığı gözlendi. Femur'un distal'inden itibaren ise ikişer adet parmağasahip iki ayrı bacağınşekillendiği saptandı, ile um 'un bitiş sınırından itibaren her biri 25 cm uzunluğunda 3 ayrı cecum bulunduğu gözlendi. Cloaca ise iri bir ceviz büyüklüğünde olupher ikisi defonksiyonel ancak biri rudimenter iki adet anus (anus duplex) ile dışarıya açılmaktaydı. Sistemik olarak alınan doku örneklerinin histopatolojik incelemesinde normal histolojik yapı gözlendi.

Abstract

In this report, developmental anomalies including polymelia, two anuses and three cecums in a ten-week-old broiler rooster were described. At the dissection, a conical shaped bone process strictly fixed on caudal vertebras, synsacrum and left ilium was observed. There was an extra femur which made a joint with the groove on the posterior side of this bone process. It was noted that there were two separate legs with two fingers on each at the distal part of this extremity. The cecum divided in three branches, each was about 25 cm in lenght, starting from iliocaecal valve. The size of cloaca was similar to the size of a big nut. There were two separate functionally active anuses (anus duplex). However, one of the anuses was rudimentary. The tissue specimens collected systematically showed normal histological features.
