Özet

Bu araştırma, üç grup koyundaki (erkek toklu, gebe dişi, gebe olmayan dişi) Bn vitamini ve.folik asit düzeylerinin ve bu değerlerle alyuvar sayısı, akyuvar sayısı, hematokrit, hemoglobin, ortalama alyuvar hacmi, ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini, kandaki toplam protein, albumin, glikoz, üre, kreatinin, kolesterol, trigliserit, SGOT ve SGPT değerleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amacıyla yapılmıştır. 812 vitamini ve folik asit düzeyleri radyoimmunoassay (RIA) yöntemiyle, kan toplam protein, albumin, glikoz, üre, kreatinin, kolesterol, trigliserit, SGOT ve SGPT değerleri otoanalizatör ile değerlendirilmiştir. Üç gruba (I. grup: erkek toklu n=20, II. grup: gebe koyun n=20 ve III. grup: gebe olmayan koyun n=20) ait hematolojik değerler otomatik kan sayacı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir.

Abstract

Vitamin 612 is an essential vitamin having an important function in erythropoiesis. This study was effectuated to get some information about the vitamin Bn and folic acid status in three different sheep groups (non-pregnant ewes, pregnant ewes and males) and evaluate if there was a correlation between these parameters and the level of total protein, albumin, glucose, urea, creatinin, cholesterol, triglyseride, SGOT, SGPT, sodium, potassium, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, cobalt and some haematological parameters (RBC, WBC, Hct, Hb, MCV, MCH). Vitamin Bn and folic acid levels were assessed on radioimmunoassay, while total protein, albumin, glucose, urea, creatinin, cholesterol, triglyseride, SGOT, SGPT levels were measured with autoanalyser. Specimens were analysed by atomic absorbtion spectroscopy (AAS) to estimate the serum cobalt concentrations. Hemograms were analysed on Coulter Counter in three groups: Group I (male, n= 20); Group II (pregnant ewes, n= 20); Group III (non-pregnant ewes, n=20). The results were statistically analysed. Relations between plasma vitamin B n and folic acid values were shown by correlation analyses. The correlation of vitamin Bn levels and folic acid values was found significant in group I, group II and group III being p
