Afyon bölgesi kuyu sularında nitrat ve nitrit düzeylerinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışma, Afyon bölgesinden temin edilen 142 kuyu suyu örneğinde nitrat ve nitrit düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Su örneklerindeki nitrat ve nitrit düzeyleri spektrofotometrik yöntemle ölçüldü. Kuyu sularında belirlenen ortalama nitrat düzeyi 243.61 ppm, nitrit düzeyi ise 0.63 ppm olarak belirlendi. Çalışma sonucunda, Afyon bölgesinde kullanılan kuyu sularındaki nitrat ve nitrit düzeylerinin sağlık açısından sakınca oluşturabilecek düzeylerde olduğu görülmüştür.
Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the levels of nitrate and nitrite in the 142 well water samples obtained from Afyon region. Nitrate and nitrite levels in the samples were analysed by a spectrophotometric method. The average nitrate and nitrite levels in the well water samples were determined as 243.61 ppm and 0.63 ppm, respectively. In conclusion, it can be shown that nitrate and nitrite levels can produce side effects in well water samples used in Afyon region.
