Özet
Son yıllarda dental implantlar önemli gelişmeler göstermesine rağmen, bazı anatomik yapılar implant uygulamalarını sınırlayabilmektedir. Maksiller sinüsler, mandibuler kanal, alveoler kretlerin yüksekliği, genişliği ve eğimleri uygulamada problemler oluşturabilmektedir, implant yapimcilan düz implantlann yanı sıra oluşan problemlere çözüm getirecek eğimli implant tasanmlan hazırlamışlardır. Ancak, geniş kullanım alanı bulacak ve estetik kazançlar sağlayacak eğimli implant tasanmlarının destek kemik ve implant üzerinde oluşan gerilimler açısından olumsuz etkiler oluşutarabileceği düşüncesi değerlendirilmelidir. Çalışmamızda, bu düşüncenin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile maksiller anterior tek diş eksikliğinde kullanılan eğimli ve düz dental implantlar üzerinde dinamik kuvvetler sonucu oluşan gerilimler, sonlu elemanlar stres analiz yöntemi kullanılarak araştınlmıştır. Analizler 500 MB Hard diskli, 8 MB ana-bellekli IBM uyumlu bilgisayarda "SAP90 Structural analysis program" kullanılarak ger¬çekleştirilmiştir. Sonuçlar SAPLOT programında çizimlere dönüştürülerek mukayeseli analizler yapılmıştır.
Abstract
In recent years although dental implants have been significantly improved, anatomic structures may still restrict their applications. The maxillary sinus, mandibular canal and the height, width and also the angulation of the alveolar residual ridges can present certain problems. Angled implants were produced in order to use instead of straight implants, which can cause problems. However, beside the esthetic advantages of the angled implants, the stresses that were produced on the alveoler ridges and the implants could be harmful. In this study, finite element stress analysis method, were used in order to examine the effect of the functional forces on the straight and angled implants which were used to replace the missing maxiller anterior tooth. Analyses were performed by using 500 MB hard disc. 8 MB RAM IBM compatable computer with SAP90 structural analysis program. The result were drawn by SAPLOD program and compared with each other.
