Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı dentin hassasiyetinin elimine edilmesi için kullanılan çeşitli materyallerin dentin yüzeyinde oluşturdukları morfolojik görüntülerin SEM ile incelenmesidir. Yeni çekilmiş dişlerin horizontal olarak kesilmesi ile elde edilen dentin disklerine üretici firma önerileri doğrultusunda çeşitli desensitize edici materyaller (Healt Dent Desensitizer, Gluma Desensitizer, Pulpdent, Etch N' Seal, Prime Bond 2.1) uygulandı. Bu örnekler 72 saat desikatörde bekletildikten sonra dentin disk yüzeyleri 50 nm altın ile kaplandı ve SEM ile incelendi. Dentin hassasiyetini ortadan kaldırmak için kullanılan materyallerin dentin yüzeylerinde farklı morfolojik görüntülere sahip olduğu gözlendi.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the morphologic appearance of the dental surface formed by the use of various materials in order to eliminate the dentin hypersensitivity. Horizontally section of the newly extracted teeth are obtained dentin discs and various desensitizer materials ( Healt Dent Desensitizer, Gluma Desensitizer, Pulpdent, Etch N' Seal, Prime Bond 2.1) are applied on these according to the instruction of the manufacturers. After these specimens are kept in the desicator for 72 hours; dentin disc surfaces are coated by 50 nm gold and examined by SEM. The materials used to eliminate the dentinal hypersensitivity observed form different morphologic appearances on the dentin surfaces.
