Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı çözücülere sahip tek şişe adheziv sistemlerin mineye bağlanma kuvvetlerini değerlendirmektir. Çalışmamızda 50 adet çürüksüz insan kesici dişi kullanıldı. Dişler rastgele 5 gruba ayrıldı. Daha sonra sırasıyla Single Bond, Prime & Bond 2.1, Scotchbond MP, OptiBond Solo ve Syntac Sprint uygulanarak mineye makaslama bağlanma kuvvetleri ölçüldü. Veriler istatistiksel olarak tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOV A) ile değerlendirildi. En düşük bağlanma değeri Syntac Sprint'te, en yüksek bağlanma değeri ise Single Bond'da saptandı
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the enamel bonding strength of one-bottle adhesive systems with different solvents. In this study,50 human noncarious incisive teeth were used. Teeth were randomly separated into five groups. Phosphoric acid (%35) were used on the enamel surface for a duration of 15 seconds. Afterwards Single Bond, Prime&Bond2.1, Scotchbond MP, OptiBond Solo and Syntac Sprint were applied and shear bond strengths to enamel were determined. The received findings were statistically evaluated by using one way ANOVA tests. The lowest bonding strength found to be in Syntac Sprint and the highest bonding strength found to be in Single Bond.
