Adult periodontitisli ve gingivitisli hastalarda gingival cep sıvıları ve tükürük alkalen fosfataz aktiviteleri

Özet
Değişik vücut sıvılarında belirlenen alkalen fosfataz (ALP) aktivitesindeki, artış pekçok hastalığın belirlenmesinde ve tiplendirilmesinde tanı koydurucu değere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada adult periodontitisli ve gingivitisli hastalardan alınan cep sıvısı (GCF) ve stimule tükürük örneklerindeki alkalen fosfataz aktivitelerinin tanı koydurucu değeri araştırıldı .Bu amaçla Ankara Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Periodontoloji Anabilim Dalı kliniğine başvuran adult perodontitis ve gingivitis teşhisi konmuş hastalardan tedaviye başlamadan önce Rudin yöntemi ile cep sıvısı örnekleri ve stimule tükürük toplanarak her iki örnekte kinetik spektrofotometrik yöntemle alkalen fosfataz aktivitesi ölçüldü. Bulunan değerler varyans analizi ile değerlendirilip sonuçlar tartışıldı.
Abstract
The increase in alkaline phosphatase activity in different body fluids has important diagnostic value in the detection and the typing of various diseases. In this study, the diagnostic value of alkaline phosphatase activity were determined, in gingival crevicular fluids (GCF) and stimulated saliva samples collected from patients with adult periodontitis and gingivitis. The samples were collected from patients diagnosed with adult periodontitis and gingivitis who applied to the Department of Periodontology, Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. Before starting to treatment gingival crevicular fluids were collected using Rudin's method. The alkaline phosphatase activity was determined spectrophotometrically in GCF and stimullated saliva. The values obtained were analyzed using varians analysis and the results were discussed for their clinical significance.
