Amiloidozis: Vaka raporu

Özet

Amiloidozis, anormal proteinin extrasellüler infiltrasyonu olarak tanımlanır. İnfiltrasyon lokal veya sistenıik dokulara ve her ikisine birdeıı"de olabilir. Extrasellüler amiloid infiltrasyonu, bölgede non-elastik, immobil, flajil olmayan bir doku ile sonuçlanır. Kanama hassasiyeti sistemik koagülas-yonprobleminden kaynaklanır. Amiloid infiltrasyonu ile kan damarlarındaki vazokonstrüksiyon yeteneği azalır ve dokudaki kan damarı miktarında artış olur. Cerrahi tedavi endikedir. Bu vaka raporunda; damak bölgesindeki çeşitli şikayetlerle kiniğimize başvuran 62 yaşındaki, biyopsi sonucu amiloid teşhisi konulan hasta sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Amyloidosis is defined as an extracelluler infiltration of an abnormal protein. The infiltration can be local or systemic tissue and, in both forms. Extracellular amyloid infiltration resulting in aflagile, immobile and non-elastic tissue. There is tendency to bleed due to systemic coagulation problems. Ability of vasoconstriction decrease due to amyloid infiltration in the wall of the blood vessel and an increase in the amount of blood vessels in the tissue. Surgical treatment is indicated. In this case report a 62 year-old woman applied to our clinic with different sort of complaint in the palate region, after biopsy we diagnosed amyloidosis; will be present.
