Özet

“Sürücü olur raporu” ile, kişinin sağlığına ilişkin olası risklerin önüne geçmek hedeflenir. Sağlıklıbireylerde raporun tamamlanması için tek hekim yeterli iken, engel teşkil edebilecek durumlarınincelenmesi ve karar verilebilmesi için diğer branşların görüşü gerekebilir. Genç ve hastalık riski düşükbireyler ile ilgili işlemler daha basit iken, yaşlı ve kronik hastalıkları olanlar gerektiğinde ilgili bölümleresevk edilmeli, tüm veriler kayıt altına alınmalıdır.

Abstract

The purpose of the ‘’drive will reports’’ is to avoid the potential risks associated with a person's health. The operations are simple for individuals that are young and are at low risk for diseases, while the elderly and those with chronic diseases should be referred to the relevant sections when needed, all data should be recorded.
