Aile Hekimliğinde Saha Eğitimi: Bir Eğitim Aile Sağlığı Merkezi

Özet

Aile hekimliğinin temel yeterlilikleri arasında sayılan toplum yönelimli bakım, bir takım çalışmasını gerektirmekte olup, bunun yürütülebilmesi için hem sağlık çalışanları hem de sağlık sektöründen olmayan kişilerle uyum içinde ortak bir dil oluşturulması elzemdir. Bu koordinasyonun sağlanabilmesi için gerekli eğitimlerin aile hekimliği ihtisası sırasında verilmesinde Eğitim Aile Sağlığı Merkezleri (EASM)' lerin önemli rol oynayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu yazı ile Üniversitemiz Aile Hekimliği Anabilim Dalına bağlı olarak 06/06/2017 tarihinde açmış olduğumuz EASM ile ilgili deneyimlerimizin paylaşılması amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract

Community-oriented care, which is considered as one of the basic competencies of the family medicine, requires a team work and it is essential to establish a common language in harmony with the health-care workers, as well as those who are not health-care professionals. It is thought that Educational Family Medicine Centers (EFMCs) will play an important role when the necessary trainings are given during family medicine specialization in order to achieve this coordination. In this article, we aimed to share our experiences about the EFMC we have opened within the Family Medicine Department of our University on 06/06/2017.
