Özet
Ulus Kale bölgesi, başkent Ankaranın tarihsel çekirdeğini oluşturan ve eski yerleşmenin tarihi yapılarını barındıran en önemli kentselodaktır. Kaleiçinin günümüzdeki konumu, doku olarak büyük değişimler geçirmiş olmasına rağmen, tarihsel süreklilik, geçmişinizleri, anıtlar, fiziksel değerler devam etmekte olup kentin geleneksel bölümüne hizmet vermektedir.Bu makalenin amacı, Ankara tarihsel kent merkezi içinde inşa edilen, kültür mirası örneklerinden Hatipoğlu Konağının; nasıl fizikselolarak geleneksel özellikleri korunurken, günümüz şartlarına uygun, kullanıcı ihtiyaçları ile konfor koşulları da gözetilerek, restorasyonilkeleri doğrultusunda onarılıp geleceğe aktarılabileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle kalenin fiziksel dokusu incelenip,sokak-parsel-yapı ilişkileri ile yapıların mimari özellikleri irdelenmiştir. Çalışmada, 1929 kadastral haritalarından yararlanmanın yanısıra elde edilen konuyla ilgili taranan kaynaklar da değerlendirilerek Hatipoğlu Konağının geçirdiği aşamalar verilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Abstract
The Ulus Citadel region is located among the historical buildings of the old settlement and is a significant urban focus that constitutes thehistorical core of the capital Ankara. Although the configuration of Kaleiçi has undergone tremendous changes, its history, the marks of thepast and the physical values are very much alive and a major part of the traditional part of the city.Te purpose of this study was to demonstrate how the cultural heritage building of Hatipoğlu Mansion within Ankara s historical city centercan be restored according to modern principles by taking into account current conditions and user needs and comforts while physicallypreserving its traditional features. We first evaluated the structural fabric of the citadel together with the street-parcel-structure relationshipand the architectural specifications of the buildings. Te phases that Hatipoglu Mansion has gone through are presented through theevaluation of the available resources and the 1929 cadastral map, using this information to guide decisions regarding the restitution andrestoration of the structure.
