Özet
Bu çalışmada,bileşik yarıiletken filimlerin elde edilmesinde kullanılan yöntemlerden birisi olan spray pyrolysis incelenmiştir. Bu teknik geniş yüzeyli yarıiletken filimler elde etmekte yaygın olarak kullanılan ekonomik bir yöntemdir. Ayrıca bileşiği oluşturan maddelerin oranını değiştirmek de mümkündür.
Abstract
The spray pyrolysis which is one of the techniques used to produce compound semiconductors has been studied. This technique is widely used to get wide surface semiconductors in very economical way and also practical to change the contents of the compounds.
