Özet
Öteleme ve dönme hareketlerinin kuaternion temsilinin, fizikçilerin daha yaygın olarak tercih ettikleri homojen matris temsilinden daha basit bir forma ve daha açık bir geometrik anlama sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu yüzden öteleme ve dönmenin büyüklüklerini ve yönlerini doğrudan veren kuaternion temsili ve bunun bir uygulaması olan bir sistemin Coriolis, lineer, merkezcil ivmeleri bu çalışmada ele alınmıştır.
Abstract
It is known that representation of translational and rotational motions by the quaternions have simpler form and clearer geometrical meaning than homogeneous matris representation which is often used by physicists. Therefore quaternion representation, gives magnitudes and direction of translation and rotation, and coriolis, linear and central accelerations of a system which are an application of quaternion representation are investigated in this study.
