Diz travmalarında fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon uygulamalarının sonuçları

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı post-travmatik diz limitasyonlu 71 hastada diz eklemini etkileyen travmaların nedenlerini, lokalizasyonunu ve fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon programlarının etkilerini belirlemekti. Retrospektif olarak yapılan bu çalışmada, travmaların; 30 hastada (%42.25) trafik kazası nedeniyle oluştuğu belirlendi. Hastaların 28'inde (%39.43) femur kırığı, 9'unda (%12.67) patellar problemler, 21'inde (%29.57) patellar tendon, sinovya, menüsküs ve ligamentler ile ilgili problemler, 13'ünde (%18.30) tibia ve fibula kırıkları vardı. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cause and side of the traumas affected the knee joint, and the efficacy of the physical therapy and rehabilitation programs in the 71 patients with posttraumatic knee limitation. In this retrospective study, it was detected that the cause of the trauma was traffic accident in 30 patients (42.25%). There were femoral fracture in 28 patients (39.43%); patellar problems in 9 patients (12.67%); tibial and fibular fractures in 13 patients (18.30%); patellar tendon, synovial, meniscal and ligamentous problems in 21 patients (29.57%). Different physical therapy modalities included heat, massage, electrical stimulation and exercise were applied to the patients.
