Özet

Sinop Sancağı seyyid ve şeriflerin rağbet ettiği bölgelerden biridir. Ayrıca SinopSancağı’nda medfûn Hz. Peygamber’in soyuna mensup Seyyid Bilâl ve Çeçe Sultanbölgenin manevî mimarlarıdır. ZamanlaAlevî ve sünnî toplumun adeta ortak paydası olmuştur.Makalemizde “Sinop Nakîbü’l-eşrâfKaymakamlarının Görev ve Etkileri”,“Sinop Ulemâsı: Sinop’ta Görev YapanNakîbü’l-eşrâf Kaymakamları ve Müftüler”, “Sinop’un Meşhûr Seyyid Aileleri:Hz. Peygamber Soyuna Mensup SeyyidBilâl”, “Sinop’ta Medfûn Seyyid Bilâl Neslinden Seyyid Mehmed Sâbit Efendi’ninHayatı ve İlmi Serüveni”, “Sinop-Gerze’deMedfûn Seyyid Mehmed Çeçe Sultan” ve “Sinop Seyyidlerinin Hüccetleri” başlıklarıMeşîhat Arşivi’ndeki Nakîbü’l-eşrâf defterleri, Sicill-i Ahvâl Dosyaları ve Sinop Şeriyye Sicilleri ekseninde ayrıntılı bir şekildeizah edilecektir. Böylelikle Seyyid İbrahimBilâl ve Çeçe Sultan’ın seyyidlikleri ile Sinop’taki diğer seyyidler hakkında önemlibilgiler sunulacaktır.

Abstract

Sinop Sanjak is one of the regions in demand by sayyids and sheriff. Besides, Sayyid Bilâl and Çeçe Sultan who are the descendants of Prophet Muhammed and who are burried in Sinop Sanjak are the spiritual architects of the region. They have become the common denominator of Alavi and Sunni societies over time. In this paper, “The Tasks and Effects of Sinop Nakîbü’l-eşrâf Qaimaqams”, “Sinop Ulemâ: Nakîbü’l-eşrâf Qaimaqams and Muftis Who Served in Sinop”, “Famous Sayyid Families of Sinop: Sayyid Bilal Who is Descended from Prophet Muhammed”, “Life and Philosophical Adventure of Sayyid Mehmed Sâbit Efendi Who is descended from Sayyid Bilâl burried in Sinop”, “Seyyid Mehmed Çeçe Sultan Burried in Sinop-Gerze” and “Hujjats of Sinop Sayyids” titles will be explained in detail on the axis of Nakîbü’l-eşrâf Registers in Archive of Meşîhat, Sicill-i Ahvâl Files and Sinop Şeriyye Registries. Thus, important informations about Seyyid İbrahim Bilâl and Çeçe Sultan, and the other sayyids in Sinop will be presented.
