Özet
Birçok ülke neo-liberal politikaların etkisiyle ekonomik politikalarını değiştirmeye başladılar. Bunun sonucunda devlet eliyle görülen birçok hizmet özelleştirildikten sonra özel sağlık sigortası ve özel sağlık koruma sistemi ivme kazandı. Bu sebeple özel sağlık sigortası genel şartları, özel sağlık sigortası sözleşmesi ve tanımlar İsviçre Hukuku ve Türk Hukukunda açıklanmıştır. İlaveten bu çalışmada sağlık sigortası teminatları ve tarafların yükümlüklerine ilişkin tespitler de bulunur.
Abstract
Many states become to exchange the economic policies with neo-liberal policies in the world. After that by state conducted numerous services are transferred to private sector, private health insurance and private health care system are accelerated. For this reason, General Conditions of Private Health Insurance, private health insurance agreement and its definitions are explained both Turkish Legal System and Swiss Legal System. Additionally, this study include in the scope of health insurance coverage and liability of the parties comparatively
