Özet
Dieulafoy lezyonu endoskopi sırasında nadir görülen lezyonlardandır. Sıklıkla üst gastrointestinal sistemde en çok da midede görülürler. Kolonda Dieulafoy lezyonu olması son derece nadirdir. Burada ağır hematokezya ile başvuran ve sigmoid kolonda Dieulafoy lezyonu saptanarak başarılı bir şekilde endoklip ile tedavi edilen son derece nadir görülen bir vakayı sunacağız.
Abstract
Dieulafoy’s lesion is one of the rare lesions observed in endoscopy. These lesions are usually observed in upper gastrointestinal system and mostly in the stomach. Dieulafoy’s lesion in colon is very rare. Here we report a very case of dieulafoy’s lesion found in sigmoid colon of a patient presenting with severe hematochezia and successfully treated with endoclip application.
