dengesizlikler özellikle G-20 ülkeleri çerçevesinde irdelenecektir. Ikinci olarak da Türkiyenin ekonomik performansı, küresel sisteme entegre olmayı sağlayan liberalleşme süreci analiz edilecektir. Son olarak ise Türkiyenin küresel planda fonksiyonel ve oyun kurucu olarak lider ülke rolü tartışılacaktır. Dünyadaki economik güç gelişmiş batılı ülkelerden gelişmekte olan ekonomilere doğru kaymaya başlamıştır. Abstract
The economic power of the world is to shift from the advanced Western countries to emerging economies. Thus, in this paper, first global imbalances which caused of the global shifts towards Emerging Economies specifically G. 20 will be examined. Secondly the process of economic performance, liberal transformation process of Turkey which brings cointegration to global system will be analyzed. Finally Turkey s role as the leading player in restoring the healthy functioning of the global economy will be discussed
