Özet
İbn Sînâ felsefesinde faal akıl, Zorunlu Varlık ve ayrık akıllardan oluşan ay üstü âlemin sonaklıdır. Sudur sürecinde son akıl olması sebebiyle aynı zamanda oluş ve bozuluşa tabi olan ay altıâlemin aklı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu âlemde çeşitli tasarruflara sahip birkonumda bulunmaktadır. Faal akıl, fizikî âlemin şekillenmesindeki etkisiyle ontolojik, insanınbilgisel süreçlerinde etkin olmasıyla da epistemolojik bir yöne sahiptir. Bu makalede İbn Sînâ’nınfelsefî sisteminde birçok alanla irtibatlı olması dolayısıyla merkezi bir konumda bulunan faal akılele alınacaktır. Çalışmamızın amacı, İbn Sîna felsefesinde faal aklın konumunu belirlemek ve ayaltı âlemde ne tür tasarruflarda bulunduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca nefs ve idrak teorisine defaal akıl ile irtibatı ölçüsünde değinilecektir. Çalışmada daha çok İbn Sînâ’nın konuyla ilgilieserlerine müracaat edilecek, yeri geldikçe onun büyük şarihi Tûsî’nin ilgili eserlerine debaşvurulacaktır. Alanda yapılmış çağdaş araştırmalar da çalışmamızda yararlanılan kaynaklararasında yer alacaktır.
Abstract
Agent intellect in the philosophy of Avicenna is the last intellect of the supra-lunar realm, which consists of Necessary Existence and separated intellect. As it’s the last intellect on the Process of Emancipation, it is accepted as the intellect of sub-lunar realm, which is subjected to generation and corruption. Therefore, it is in a position with various acts in this realm. Agent intellect, has an ontological aspect with its effect on the shaping of the physical realm, and an epistemological side with its effectiveness in the informational processes of human beings. In this article, the agent intellect, which is in a central position since it is connected with many fields in the philosophical system of Avicenna, shall be discussed. The purpose of our study is to determine Agent Intellect’s status in the Philosophy of Avicenna and put forth what kinds of acts in the sublunar realm. In addition, theory of soul and cognition shall be discussed in terms of their relation with the agent intellect. In the study, we shall mostly refer to the works of Avicenna on the subject, but we shall also refer to the relevant works of his great commentator Tûsî when needed. Contemporary researches in the field shall also be among the resources that we use in our study.
