Özet
İkili ölüm ya da, daha dar anlamda,öldürme sonrası intihar olayısık olmasa bile toplum vicdanınımeşgul eden ve hukuk açısındankamusal davanın düşmesiylesonlanan bir kavramdır. Buolgu çalışmasının amacı, yaşlıçiftler arasında nadiren görülenölümün bu özel tarzını, özellikleolay yeri inceleme bulgularınınotopsi işlemine sağladığı katkıyönünden irdeleyebilmektir.Olayın görgü tanıkları ve yaş-lı çiftin çocuklarına ait ifadeler,olay yeri incelemesinin bulgular,otopsi ile belirlenen ölüm nedenive mekanizması ve postmortemtoksikolojik veriler bir bütün halindedeğerlendirilmiştir. Olgularaayrı ayrı uygulanan otopsiler,her iki ölümün de av tüfeği yaralanmalarınabağlı gerçekleştiğiniortaya koymuştur.İkili ölümlerle ilgili, uluslararasıliteratürde daha çok olguserileri, ulusal literatürde iseolgu bildirileri görülmektedir.Ülkemizde, ikili ölüm olgususerileri üzerinde calışılmasıile, uzun süren trajik etkileriolabilen ikili ölüm olaylarınınazaltılabilmesi, en azındantoplumsal farkındalık oluşturulabilmesiadına çok disiplinliçözüm modellerinin gelişt
Abstract
Dyadic death or, in the strict sense,homicide-suicide (HS) is aconcept which holds the sense ofcommunity although it is not frequentand ends in nonsuit of thecriminal case in terms of law. Theaim of this case study is to evaluatethis special type of death occurringrarely among the elderlycouples, particularly in terms ofthe contribution of crime sceneinvestigation findings to autopsy.The depositions of the witnessesand the old couple's children, thefindings of the crime scene, thecause of death and its mechanismdetermined by autopsy andpostmortem toxicological datawere evaluated as a whole. Theautopsies performed seperatelyfor both cases revealed that bothdeaths had occurred due to shotguninjuries. Regarding the dyadic death,mostly case series in the internationalliterature and case reportsin the national literature are seen.We think that, multidisciplinarysolution models can be developedthrough studying on dyadic deathcase series in order to reduce thenumber of dyadic death incidentshaving long-lasting tragic effectsand at least in o
